I had to have a Retina repair and Floaters removed from my eye. From the moment I walked in the front door to the moment I left, I was treated with the most kindness and respect from the staff at the Davis Surgical Center. I had never been there before, but I certainly will use this location again if the opportunity presents itself. The staff were the most kind, considerate and caring people I have ever dealt with!!! When you call (even during business hours)it says operator not available & it hangs up on you.
The staff at this facility is amazing. They are so kind and caring. They do their jobs well. I was well taken care of and they made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I highly recommend this facility.
Staff was very helpful and professional. My star rating has to do with that I'm pretty sure I picked up COVID here. I know its not 2020 anymore but I found out later that I guess there's been an uptick in cases these last few weeks and I wish they would have tested people coming into their facility. Obviously recovering from surgery is already painful and difficult and it definitely was 10 times worse also having COVID on top of that.
