In the last year and a half, I have done several projects with Davis Stone, and I've found the the staff to be generally knowledgeable and easy to work with. From the small powder-room vanity project that they did for me in La Jolla, to an over-the-top five-slab outdoor patio in Escondido with serpentine curves, the workmanship on the projects has been excellent. Moreover, the staff at Davis Stone have treated me and my clients with respect and courtesy. I will be using them again.

Solid. I had an issue with the granite around our kitchen sink. The builder of our home installed a cheap stainless steel top mount sink. However, the builder mounted the sink from the bottom. Due to the sink being cheap and thin the flex caused a gap to form between the sink and the granite. Eventually the caulk gave way and before we noticed the support rod within the granite (not stainless steel) began to rust and the granite cracked. Excellent fabrication I worked with Michelle and George during my kitchen remodel and both were extremely helpful and patient with me. The thing that really separates Davis Stone from other countertop places is they let you browse their remnants and if you find a piece that works - the material is free, you only pay for the fabrication!
