This has to do with the waxing service. If I could give it a minus.w star I would. I told her - Tea once I was done I felt a tingle. She said ecause I should get a waxing every three weeks. I have gone to other places back home in New York and waited a month nothing like this. I have bunpw all over my face. Looks like I had a rash or a bad chemical peel. I called my Dr. told me to get over the counter medication for rash. And that it should go away in a few days. Wondering if they ever clean the wax container at all!

This place is fabulous! It isn’t my normal nail salon however, I was across the street at an appointment and needed a fill. The tech who did my nails listed to everything I wanted to the letter. I showed her a couple different pics (one for color and one for my ring finger) and honestly, in my opinion, my nails came out better than the pics and the color match was on point. I had an appointment scheduled booked a week prior, had to wait almost 45 minutes to an hour very disappointing terrible customer service lady rolled her eyes giving me attitude cause i schedule an appointment??

I seldom leave reviews but had such a bad experience it spurred me to leave one. I called 2 days in advance to make an appointment because I was traveling for an upcoming wedding weekend and knew I wanted to get my nails done. They confirmed my date/time no problem and said see you then. When I arrived, all the technicians were busy and they claimed I didn't have an appointment. Awful nail experience! Save yourself the headache. I went here for a refill and ended my service with extremely lumpy and misshaped nails. When I let them know I was unhappy with the service I was willing to let them make up for it by correcting their mistakes but after being told I would need to come back another time (after I called to confirm I could come in) which didn’t work for my schedule, I was over it.
