Overall, I had a very good experience with this roofing contractor and would gladly hire them again and recommend them to others. The job included a full roof shingle replacement, attic fan installation, improved roof ventilation, and a few exterior trim repairs around the windows and doors. A neighbor pointed us to Davis & Sons Roofing, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof work. After a strong rainstorm, we noticed water leaking through the ceiling in our master bathroom. The leak seemed to be coming from the area below a plumbing vent that goes through the roof.
