We had Davis Roofing replace our roof back in 2020, and recently after some rough weather we noticed what appeared to be a localized leak near a vent pipe area. I contacted Ron Davis, and he came out promptly to inspect everything. He identified a failed vent pipe boot/flashing area, explained the issue clearly, and honored the roof warranty without hesitation. I have called this company more than once asking for a courtesy call from the owner. I guess after multiple times he's too busy. If they owner is that lax to return a call, you might find yourself in the same situation of worse. The girl who answered the phone behaved if it was a complaint. No, it was someone who wanted an estimate. Here is your complaint.
