The ladies that work in the front office here are incompetent I have to search for other Drs phone numbers and fax number so I can get my sons test results. When you’re family member has a problem that can be deadly and is something that you worry about it, and you get the run around that takes weeks!!! 20+ years here just to be completely disappointed.

The reception staff is very rude. They don't even let you speak. It's impossible to make an appointment with them. No matter what time you call, they'll leave you on hold without even listening to you.

The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter. The staff member didn't even let me finish what I had to say. She immediately cut me off by saying that they were full for the day.

Doctors are great but the staff is rude!!! Especially Jenni at the front desk.. over the phones & in person is just poor customer service!! She is inconsiderate & should not be at a place that deals with kids! Her attitude needs to be tamed! Not someone who should be representing their office.. it’s a bad look!

Fills my child prescription super fast. Staff is professional and always calls me back. Dr Rocha I trust 100%. She has been the Doctor of all three of my children. Highly recommend.
