The reception staff is very rude. They don't even let you speak. It's impossible to make an appointment with them. No matter what time you call, they'll leave you on hold without even listening to you.

The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter. The staff member didn't even let me finish what I had to say. She immediately cut me off by saying that they were full for the day.

Doctors are great but the staff is rude!!! Especially Jenni at the front desk.. over the phones & in person is just poor customer service!! She is inconsiderate & should not be at a place that deals with kids! Her attitude needs to be tamed! Not someone who should be representing their office.. it’s a bad look!

Fills my child prescription super fast. Staff is professional and always calls me back. Dr Rocha I trust 100%. She has been the Doctor of all three of my children. Highly recommend.

I love dr Rocha Davis. My daughter has been with her for 12 years, but after today I’m not sure if I can have her continue as a patient. Dr. Davis is wonderful and some of the staff are absolutely amazing, especially the lady in the front desk that does well check ins (she has glasses and blonde hair- forgive me I can’t remember her name). But I have had problems with referrals and prescriptions not getting taken care of in a timely manner. Not 24-48 hours but weeks. And the office manager is rude. So rude.
