I was having a bad day from seeing an eye doctor at UNC before Dr. Richard Davis. I have been through so much with my eyes. The doctor before him was so rude and insensitive. However, Dr. Davis knew I was upset and ready to break down in tears. Dr. Davis was very concerned about my eyes and care about his patients. He said you need a hug before we go any further. Sometimes you have to empathize with what your patients may be going through and I can honestly say he does that with his patients. He is a great doctor.
