I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. We submitted an offer on the property, and we were initially told there would be no offers. Then, at the last minute, we were informed that another offer had come in, and shortly afterward the seller accepted that offer without giving us an opportunity to respond. We were never given the chance to know the competing offer or submit our highest and best offer. Had we been informed of the situation, we would have considered improving our offer.
