I recently had a problem with my pool equipment not working well enough to get the pool clean. When I turned the pump on my pool water became murkier and it seemed to be getting worse. I had vacuumed the pool and there seemed to be no suction. Admittedly I am not well-versed in taking care of a pool at all as my father had always done so prior to passing away recently. RecommendedI highly recommend Davis Pools. They are amazing. Great customer service, quick response to my pool needs. They always make time to fix anything wrong with our pool. The ladies in the office are amazing and funny, love them they always brighten my day. Their store is always stocked with whatever you need whether it be parts or cleaning supplies you name it. Please if you have any pool needs go to Davis pools!!
Simply Amazing service. very friendly and fast to help . will even come "teach" you how to correctly care for your pool cause most don't know and mess something up and then need to pay for repairs or cleanings. If you are not knowledgeable in pool care leave it to the professionals and call David pools they know their stuff ! Highly recommend them for any and all pool/spa needs and care.
I've been with them for 6 months now. I've been having them come clean my pool every month they are amazing. I have 3 dogs who love to play in the pool so Davis pools makes sure my pool is in tip top shape. The employees at Davis pools are awesome! Great customer service especially the 2 ladies in the office. I recommend everybody to use them. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!!!
We asked them to recharge our filter they came out put DE in our skimmer made a mess everywhere . They had to come back 6 times got billed the first tome of $650 then after telling the office manager the Pool still has DE leaking into it came out total of six times,replaced some o rings recharge the filter and charge us another fee of $108 the only part that should have been charged for was the O ring. Bad service we will Never use them again

Davis Pool installed new filter and variable speed pump. Very professional and knowledgeable. Love their service! Love their people!
I'm gonna have to give their service 1 star! We asked for 2 weeks to have the the cleaner look at the cleaning system when he was there because it was shooting water when on. The report back to us was it was fine. Well, it wasn't fine, it was still shooting water when on. so apparently they send out some one else to inspect which happens to be a technician that charges an additional $69 trip charge and then a new lid ended up $119!
