No service at all. Called to request septic pump-out, was told I'd get a call to be scheduled. Almost two weeks later, I call again, same response (none). Another almost two weeks later I call a third time. Finally I was told they would come out the next day at 1pm. Two hours before the scheduled arrival and after I'd already arranged to be off work to meet them, I get a call - nope - going to be 8am the next day. We had a plumbing issue at our house recently, and Mr. Weems came out and helped us. He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and so helpful! He got to the root of the issue, and also made some suggestions for getting us a proper filtration system installed to help prevent future issues. Very thankful to work with someone so honest and helpful. Ten stars!!
