I rarely write reviews but this is one that I can’t keep to myself. I called the office today and spoke with Alice who she said was the nurse and the office manager. I wanted to schedule my surgery for February. Alice was extremely rude and right at the beginning of the call she was reluctant to even give me information about scheduling for next year which is only two months away.
