The first year I used them for a fall cleanup they did a fine job. The second year they skipped my house without an explanation after I sent in a contract for the work in Early October. The third year they raised my price by $150. This year, after sending my request in early, they called me in mid December to tell me they would be there that day to do the job, but texted an hour later to tell me because the ground was relatively frozen, they would have to increase the price by another $100.
