Unprofessional and inadequate care I had fully paid off my treatment and finished one set of refinements when Dr. Giambattistini surprisingly said my treatment was done. Pure esthetics is all this place cares about. I'm not sure why you showed me a promotional video to talk about how wonderful your founders are and what philanthropic efforts they work on while I'm waiting for the doctor to tell me a treatment plan. I don't do business with people who are braggarts. If I hadn't already decided to not be your patient when your technician couldn't use the up and down buttons on your panoramic scanner correctly and lifted me up an inch or more by both the jaw and then again by the ears when we h... read more
The Dr does not appear to care about patients and most of the work at her clinic seems to simply be done by hygienists. Additionally, the doctor advised me that I needed my 2 upper wisdom teeth extracted before I could begin Invisalign. I had these teeth extracted. I was then surprised when I received my Invisalign trays to see that the trays included the upper wisdom teeth despite the fact the Dr told me to have them extracted. The extra portions were then cut off by hygienists using scissors.
David Orthodontics is the best!!! Everyone is so friendly and kind. As well, very very accommodating!!! I had and still have the best experience everytime I come!!
