I have to say at Davis Orthodontics at 419 King Street W. suite 130 Oshawa, Ontario L1J 2K9. my first appointment was today and I felt so welcome like part of the family everyone there is amazing. I spoke with Tera and she is absolutely fantastic she walked me through everything and is was super easy to understand. I am very happy that I went there . Excellent customer service, staff and doctor did amazing job to help me and my son’s concern.. We can smile confidently now. Thank you for helping us. We will never forget our amazing experience. Ashley, Stephanie, all of you who guided us from the start until the end of the treatment, Dr. Ma who is very thorough and kind. We are very grateful and elated. I, as a mom will always remember this moment as I saw my son great smile.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this orthodontic office, particularly at the Oshawa location. Both my son and I began treatment here, and a significant portion of our insurance benefits was used early on. However, the actual care provided did not match what was billed. I received only one Invisalign tray, yet my insurance was charged for a much larger portion of treatment. Had some braces put on here several years ago and the bonding wore off on my permanent retainer. I called them to see if they could fix it, and they said it would be a $100+ fee! Not only can I have it done cheaper in town, but the place in town has no charge for something like this if you're an existing patient....
I had an AMAZING experience with Dr. Ma and the entire team from Davis Orthodontics. Very clear explanation of a very thorough treatment plan. I highly recommend Davis Orthodontics with Dr. Ma and the entire team; highly professional, positive, and supportive. I was either going to have my open bite fixed with invisalign or receive jaw surgery if the situation got worse. I am extremely grateful Thank you very much!
