Paid for rotations didn’t get it !!!
I took my car in because of an A/C problem; they charged me $900, but the refrigerant leaked out within two days because they hadn't properly checked the lines. I took it back so they would take responsibility, but they wanted to charge me another $600. Obviously, I wasn't going to let them try to fix it again.
I bought a 2019 Traverse from Davis Motors in April. I will say I did not get the extended warranty. there was snow on the ground so I was not able to check if the AC worked. I did ask the salesman, he told me it heat and air both work. When it got hot out I tried the AC and it didn't work. I let Davis Motors know this at the end of May and they said I didn't get the extended warranty so nothing is covered. When you spend $20,000 on a car you expect everything to work. Our Salesman Joe did an excellent job of showing us the new GMC 3500 trucks on the lot and explained all options well. Let us test drive a couple of trucks and long story short he supplied us with the truck we wanted. With Joes good salesmanship and good personality, he made a sale to us. Davis motors have supplied us with a number of vehicles over the years
