We purchased our first Jeep product from Davis-Moore CDJR last week. We had been on the hunt for about 2 months. We visited 7 other dealerships, drove 5 other models of SUV's, and looked at/sat in an additional 6. Davis-Moore by far had the best customer service experience. Muss was our salesman. So completely rude and condescending. Never have we had a dealer be so crappy to me or my husband. Especially in the service department. And that’s saying a lot since we are from Florida. I would drive my Jeep back to Jacksonville before I let them touch it again. The jerk who took my vehicle for an oil change talked to my husband like he was stupid.
