Purchased my 2021 silverado on 4/24/26. Had engine trouble in less than a week. Repairs were done. Few weeks later just past their 30day warranty came up with a much worse engine problem. I went in first thing this morning for a tire rotation and an oil change. You know what puts a smile on a person's face first thing in the morning???? Another person greeting you with a bigger smile on his face. The service team goes above and beyond what a customer's expectations are. Mike is my service writer if that's the correct word. Hostile Assistant Manager, False Diagnostics, and No Intervention from Leadership I brought my vehicle to Davis-Moore for a diagnostic and was quoted nearly $2,000 for injector issues. When I asked how the injectors were tested, Assistant Service Manager Michael Peters told me they “looked at the leads.” That is not a diagnostic test, and no data, readings, or test results were provided.
