The staff assisting the doctor were unprofessional. Before starting any procedure, they should clearly explain everything to the patient, but this was not done. Although the clinic is new, their system is not up to date.,for example the pads used for the Holter monitoring were of poor quality which they had to scratch my skin in order to make the pads stick, which caused irritation.
