Very unprofessional and disorganized front desk experience. I accompanied my brother to his appointment, and although he repeatedly answered the receptionist in English because that is what he is more comfortable with, she continued speaking to him in Farsi. When he asked what tests he needed to do, she did not explain and simply told him to sit down, leaving him confused. The staff assisting the doctor were unprofessional. Before starting any procedure, they should clearly explain everything to the patient, but this was not done. Although the clinic is new, their system is not up to date.,for example the pads used for the Holter monitoring were of poor quality which they had to scratch my skin in order to make the pads stick, which caused irritation. I was not informed about the possibility of skin irritation or allergic reactions. As a result, my skin was scratched, and even after a week, th... read more
