He did an appraisal on my mother's condo in Chelsea and really low balled it. He came up with $306,000. The Chelsea assessor had the SEV (state equalized value) at $323,000. Zillow has it at $343,000 (which isn't always accurate but that's a huge difference). A condo on the same Street with the same square footage just sold for $375,000. He cost me thousands!
