I have been here twice. First time I was greeted by Elias. I had a rental and enterprise couldn’t take the time to change out my battery in the key fob from the car I was renting. Elias took the time to change out the battery for me. Loved the customer service so much, I went back when I got my new truck. Unfortunately the key fob that came with my new truck was broken. Not worth the time or the traffic! They told me I couldn’t get my lock re-keyed. Told my I had to buy a new lock. A little on the rude side. Granted I did get there 5 minutes before they closed… but it would have taken 2 minutes. SO, I just went 5 minutes up the road to Ace and THEY did it in 2 minutes for $8!
Cut a key from code for $85... And it wasn't able to turn the lock, so they wouldn't sell me a key at all. Went to the locksmith down the road and got everything fixed for only $10. Davis Lock and Safe completely failed today.
Davis has always been there for us with prompt service at reasonable prices, but it's the customer service that makes them unbeatable: Professional, educational, and down to earth! They replaced two problem fobs for me today and answered questions Carr Subaru could not (or would not). If you have any car fob issues, try Davis first before your dealership!
