Needed to update my office lock and Davis had their tech come out to assess which parts we would need. After disassembling the lock, he had trouble getting it back together and it essentially broke making it impossible for us to enter our office at a later date. When I asked if they would come back to fix the lock (that was working perfectly before they showed up), they said the only way to move forward was to accept the quote for the update. So I paid $250 for them to show up and break our lock. Do not recommend.
These guys are such a pleasure to do business with. They are very knowledgeable about what I needed to do and did it with amazing customer service. Which is something no one seems to care about anymore. Well, it goes a loooong way with me and says a lot about their integrity! Thanks guys, you’re the best! Quite literally!
We needed to have our home rekeyed. Davis Lock and Safe had a technician, Cody, come out within a few hours. Cody was quick, competent, and professional. I highly recommend this company.
Cody did a great job and was so easy to work with. Great that we called them mid morning and they were out by 2pm the same day!
We waited 1 hour 40 minutes to be exact. Dude says 1 hour to get to Our location. Then ask for extra 30 minutes coz theyre running behind. We called this coz were located in Hillsboro says 1 miles away on their website. Call them and make sure theyre near your Area or else youre doomed waiting for them just to come.
