I called to ask about repairing the lock on my double front door. I was repeatedly asked to hold, and I could hear staff discussing my call and saying, “She is hard to understand.” After that, I was left waiting on hold without getting help. These guys charged me $1200 for what turned out to be the cheapest garbage locks on Amazon. Discovered when one failed after 1 year. Shady operation! Edit: Responding to owner comment - pretty sure I DID hire Davis Lock and Safe as you guys put your name right on the key you left for the incredibly shoddy lock sets you installed. I've lived in aloha my whole life. The 1st time I ever needed their services, they tell me I need to provide my own key, they dont have it and wont order it in. So I guess I still dont need their services. If you have a security key for a new motorcycle, dont waste your time here.
