A zero would be more appropriate. Uneducated landscapers cannot tell the difference from weeds and a garden. No resolution to a big mistake either. A small gesture to apologize would have been nice instead of too bad. Beware of this company!

Horrible customer service , employees have no attention to detail. Do not recommend. My brothers yard was destroyed by these guys. And no offer to amend the situation. Cut your grass yourself, before you hire these guys.

These people will just do what they want and then tell you that it's your fault. Major issues with the job they did and just asked to reimbursed for what they took from the yard and they refused to do so. Terrible business acumen from this crew. Please do not use this company for your landscaping needs!!

Apparently this group of " landscapers" and I use that term lightly don't know the difference between plants and weeds. Not only that when they where asked to make it right it was the customers fault. Well now we feel like an idiot using them . So it was my fault for trusting your company to do the right thing and to do your job correctly never again.. never again!
