Amazing customer service!! I originally took my ring to a large chain store to be resized. After waiting almost 3 weeks I got it back and it was still the wrong size. I took it to Davis Jewelry and got it back in less than 3 DAYS! and it fits !!! Price was fair & quality excellent! I would highly recommend supporting our local businesses over large chain stores!

I had an amazing experience at Davis Jewelry when I went in to get my ring resized. The owner was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and funny, which made the whole process so enjoyable. He made sure my heirloom engagement ring was prioritized and took great care of it. Outstanding service and selection of jewelry. Was also able to resize my ring and have it back to me in just a couple days. The ring I bought was of very high quality and I feel like I got the best deal possible at this store.

Mark helped me compare and pick out the perfect gift for my husband. My wedding ring came from there and a few other small pieces of jewelry. Very professional and personal!
