Best Inspection I've ever received. Very pleased with the inspector. He was nice and told me exactly what I needed to know.
The review below has been determined to be a disgruntled Realtor. Inspectors sometimes are not in favor with realtors if they are tough on inspections. Buyers use the inspection to their advantage when negotiating. Homeowners and Realtors often get upset when a price reduction is requested due to defects found. Be advised that a good inspector may not be appreciated by home owners or Realtors
Beware...this guy will do everything to squash your deal. He will make up things wrong that are not there to see if buyer will reduce price and will cost you your sale. Not a nice man.
