We are extraordinarily happy with this company! The installation team was terrific (***** and *****), but we're particularly pleased with their salesman/technician, *****************. He understood immediately what our problems were with the old system and pointed out the causes. Then he recommended an ultra-quiet new system that we LOVE. He even pointed out an issue we had with our dryer vent and showed ** how to fix it. 34 years in the same house; we never knew it could be so comfortable and so quiet.
