Called & left message after hours Friday evening. Service tech called me Saturday morning, came and made repair. He explained the problem and the repair. Very professional and excellent service.
Quick and professional service.
We asked to have a noise checked on our air return unit. The man came out and did nothing more than talk to my husband. He said he had no idea what the sound was and nothing was done. I can not believe we are being charged $156.00 for Nothing! I could see maybe a 70.00-75.00 charge for the service call, Not $156.00! That is ridiculous!!
Good service, on time. Really polite and thorough service man.
