Gary is literally everything you could ever need or want in a realtor! He made the entire process as seamless as possible. Mr Davis was very professional and helped me through the entire process. I was flipping a house. If you are also looking for a realtor to help sell a house you flipped, he can do that as well. He helped with taking photos, open house and more. I closed on the house while I was out the country. I didn’t even have to be there in person. I trusted him to handle business for me while I was thousands of miles away.

Gary went above and beyond the expectation as a realtor. Even when I was sure I wasn’t ready to buy a home, he remained patient with me, educating me on the market, and opportunities that would make sense for me to expedite my timeline.
