Gary is literally everything you could ever need or want in a realtor! He made the entire process as seamless as possible. He even went out of his way to view homes and Facetime me to see them before I got into the area. Personable and professional! I will be going back to him for my next house! Mr Davis was very professional and helped me through the entire process. I was flipping a house. If you are also looking for a realtor to help sell a house you flipped, he can do that as well. He helped with taking photos, open house and more. I closed on the house while I was out the country. I didn’t even have to be there in person. I trusted him to handle business for me while I was thousands of miles away.

Gary went above and beyond the expectation as a realtor. Even when I was sure I wasn’t ready to buy a home, he remained patient with me, educating me on the market, and opportunities that would make sense for me to expedite my timeline. Gary did an amazing job helping us find our first home. My husband is active duty and we had several delays on our move date as well as a location change and he was with us every step and kept in contact regularly for over a year. I can’t say enough good things about him and his work ethic. He even saved us a few thousand in closing costs and a couple hundred on the mortgage.
