Mario and the crew he came with did a great job. They covered stairs and floor when removing old furnace to keep dirt off the floor/carpet. They were courteous and worked hard to get the job done.
Very professional, knowledgeable and customer driven technicians and team 24/7. We had a difficult problem to diagnose on a Lenox unit they installed 5 years ago. It took several attempts to determine root cause of system not cooling, As an Electrical Engineer myself I can attest root cause was not intuitive nor simple, this team did a stellar job.
The mechanical crew of Mark, Sergio Vinny, and Chris did an outstanding job installing my furnace and my air conditioner. They were all very professional polite and answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. I actually took pictures of the furnace and air conditioner To show my friends and family. John came today to review my AC unit. He was Fantastic! He fixed my AC .. small part and before he left was proactive in asking me if he could also take a look at my furnace.
