We called this company about a problem with our heat. After being interrupted as I was explaining the problem and placed on hold three times I was finally directed to someone to take my call. They said they could not come that day, but would be there tomorrow. They did not show up. When we called them, they said they would call us right back. Never received a return phone call. I found another company and they were at our house the same afternoon.
