Just moved into a new house. Had Davis out right away. Previous owners didn’t care the house had high humidity, it was pretty bad…. Todd knew what to do right away. They got a big whole house dehumidifier ordered for the very next week, along with showing me some other things (as I also have a HRV and it was getting complicated for me to figure out this house). I have used Davis for rentals and home. They are always timely nd fit me in. Great family. They even clean duct work!! 👏👍
We called Davis after a few companies didn't call us back. The person answering the phone this weekend was very friendly and the service rep that showed up, Gus, was great. He was professional, explained things clearly, and was working to make sure the job got done right. He fixed our problem quickly. We were very appreciative.
