Hard to believe the negative comments!! My experience was very good. Dr. Hawley provided a thorough exam and took the time to explain as he progressed. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. Additionally my job made it difficult to come in during their regular hours. Dr. Hawley accommodated my schedule and met me after their office was closed. He went the extra mile!
Dr. Hawley and staff are always so kind + willing to assist in any way that they can. Very pleased with everyone there. Would highly recommend anyone to this practice. Very happy with the services, I personally receive.
Don't waste your time!! Horrendous customer service from this so called Doctor and would NOT recommend this place at all. My son and I went in for exams, for contacts and glasses, and we ended up walking out after the exam. Granted it may have been longer than a year since my last last exam but his tone and comments of such were completely unexcusable. I'm uterally appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and his demeanor was extremely rude. After I informed him I would be taking my business elsewhere to purchase contacts ... read more
