Kim & Chris are absolutely fantastic real estate agents and are genuine, honest, hard-working human beings! They are incredibly knowledgable and responsive to my needs. They were patient and thought about my needs as a buyer. This is a seller's market and they invest in their client regardless what side of the table they are on. I just had the pleasure of working with Chris and Kim for the third time when we sold my Tacoma house this summer. It was a difficult market due to increasing interest rates. Chris and Kim reached out multiple times to every potential buyer and also aggressively marketed on social media and other internet resources. I cannot emphasize enough how active they were.
