After living here for 3 years I just wanted to take the time to post about the new Manager "Travis" and his team on what an absolutely stunning transformation they have done to this neighborhood. They have put in so much work from the roofs, to the floors to even just little things like where are our dumpsters are located, it shows that his team and the owner care and are good, honest and hardworking people that care about your apartment and health and safety of it's residents. I've been here 5-6 years now. We finally have a property manager (and company) that cares. The landscape, cleanup, upgrades, and work that has been put into this property speaks for itself. Travis is very easy to communicate with, and gets things done asap. Thanks for turning this place around!
Update: This complex has been sold as of 10/30/2025. While it appears on the outside the new folks are on the ball we can no longer pay online after being told a month ago the system would be up the first of this month.And NOW WE HAVE NO WATER!!! Lease just jumped $445. As of yet not been given an option to renew just says we now have to pay a premium for month to month. Desperately looking elsewhere.
I have been a tenant at Davis Garden Apartments for 4 years. 2 months I submitted the 2 months notice to vacate in October. During the transition period a new company took over. The new manager Travis came on board. A gift from heaven. Ever since Travis, and his workers took over our apartments look like homes, and now I am confident, and comfortable to come to my apartment. UPDATE: 6 months later and NO CONTACT. This place is never open. they will NOT answer their phones. I’ve been trying to call about my appointment for a tour and they refuse to answer.
