UPDATE: 6 months later and NO CONTACT. This place is never open. they will NOT answer their phones. I’ve been trying to call about my appointment for a tour and they refuse to answer.
Lease just jumped $445. As of yet not been given an option to renew just says we now have to pay a premium for month to month. Desperately looking elsewhere.

Called today to see about looking at an apartment and i was told I had to fill out an application. I clarified, so I need to complete an application before I can even look at an apartment? They confirmed yes I do. Additionally, saying to go online and complete the application and wait for approval before any viewing can take place. I have been looking at a ton of places recently and the only times I have been asked for applications before viewing of property or apartment, it turned out to be a scam.
