Dr. AItali had one of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced. Really great personality, very kind etc. However, without informed consent, he trimmed a nail spur on my other foot that was not causing any major issues very short, which caused it to grow back in a way that was causing me pain. I returned to remove the nail, and was given conflicting information by the nurse and the doctor, but in the end they injected my toe with a lot of anesthetic and were not able to anesthetize it.
