ON 10/278/2019 waited one hour after appointment. I was never seen, and left as I had another appointment. I am on time, and Davis Eye Center Should be too. While waiting, I ask to use their WIFI and was told they do not have a "public" WIFI. I WAS a customer, and not public. Totally bad experience.
I do not want to complain but I had Lasik surgery yesterday. All went well with my right eye but my left eye was problematic and doc had to do the PRK procedure on it. I was in extreme pain during this procedure!! Apparently the numbing drops are not strong enough or they are put in so fast that they all overflow down your face. I have a high threshold of pain but this felt like torture probably because there are more nerve endings in the front of the eye than anywhere else in the body!
