I am very disappointed in them I have been coming to the 95 th street office maybe 3 or 4 years 2 years ago I purchased the black Gucci glasses my insurance paid about 250 I paid additional 300 plus the glasses range from 550.00 600.00 I had been having problems with those glasses the first 3 months I had them screw came out another few months same thing took them back few months later the whole arm came off be mindful I move from that area so I couldn’t bring them back in a timely manner I don’t even wear glasses every day ... read more
Their customer service workers/front desk people are very rude and so unhelpful. It’s almost as if they don’t want you to pay them a visit after setting an appointment for you. Practice better communication and maybe learn how to actually listen to your patients needs rather than reading off a script and talking over them the entire time.
