I moved into ******* **** in July 2017. I absolutely love it! The office staff, Amy and Karen have been very welcoming and wonderful. They are always there to greet you with a smile and a kind word. Jeffrey is very pleasant as well. He is always in good spirits and never misses an opportunity to tell you to have a great day. I even love the landscaping guys. Company withheld $600 from my mother in law's security deposit to replace the carpet in her apartment after six years of perfect tenancy. There was only normal wear and tear to the carpet without any staining. The company totally took advantage that she is 80 years old and is now residing in FL and refuses to talk to me.
