We made a HUGE mistake hiring Davis Contracting (aka KLC of the Carolinas) owned by Roger Davis for a really large fire renovation. Obtained permits from the city for electrical and plumbing however used his own guys to do the work, project took 4 months longer than it should have days he didn't show up added up to months of no shows, bullied to pay, put lien on my home because we wouldn't pay before the final inspection was due and then increased our cost to make up for his cost to his lawyers, charged us for work that was ... read more
