As Mike was our property manager, it was a natural transition for us to choose Lisa as our real estate agent when we decided to sell. With Mike, we always got our rent checks on time, and we know that at times, this required some effort, which we always appreciated. As for Lisa, on the sales side of things, she was always available and attentive. She has been generous with her time and in finding solutions, often adding little services or touches that made a big difference.

Genene helped us list our house for a Home Sale and a property sale and it sold fast. We had a few issues with the first buyer but she worked with us to resolve them quickly. She was super responsive and got us a good price. We were impressed with how smoothly everything went. We were out of state which made it a lot harder, but Genene took care of us.
