Always do a great job!
People are always friendly and helpful. Service is fast. They never start work if they find a problem until they clear it with you.
Zero stars for their service manager. The service manager, Brian, should not talk to customers. He’s rude, condescending, and just not a pleasant person to speak with. When you drive your car to a service shop to get fixed, a reasonable expectation is that you will be able to drive it back. Brian said they worked on it for 13 hours and gave me a bill for $2,500, but they didn’t fix anything and told me I probably need it towed. I did not think that was reasonable. Our experience at Davis Chev was excellent! We were treated exceptionally well by everyone we spoke with. If you want to work with a respectful Chevy dealer who will take the time to ensure you not only get the vehicle you want, but are treated well through the entire process, Davis is your place!
