My suite met all my needs. Very clean and perfectly stocked. The staff that I interacted with were courteous, polite and friendly. Great location, Plenty of restaurants a few steps away and South Yarra train station around the corner. Very reasonable rates.

We had an extended stay and the true stand out for the apartments is all the amazing staff. Every member of staff we encountered, from check in to communication regarding items left behind, was friendly and helpful. Ash was easily contactable via phone as was mariam and they definitely go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Obviously the location is amazing and the apartments are surprisingly quiet for how close to the main road you are. Had the best experience at 44 Davis ave SoYa apartments. The customer service was excellent. Mariana on the front desk went above and beyond to make the stay a comfortable one. Always met with a smile and positive attitude. I arrived 930 am and she was happy to hold my luggage till check in opened. When i arrived back around 2pm my bags were already in my room. Highly recommend this place. Close to the city at an affordable price. Definitely using staying here again.

Wonderfully convenient, well appointed appartments set around a leafy courtyard. Friendly and thoughtful service. Highly recommended for short or long stays

Had a short stay here recently. The place is so conveniently located, near South Yarra Station and nice cafes. The room was great (spacious, clean and well-presented). And the staff was super helpful and lovely. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.
