Wonderful stay at SoYa Apartment Hotel I had a great experience at SoYa Apartment Hotel. The location is ideal — very close to the train station, which makes it easy to get around, but just far enough from the main street to be peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment was cozy and well-appointed, perfect for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well maintained throughout my visit. We enjoyed our stay. The staff (Mariana and the man at the desk - I believe it may have been Elliott?) were very friendly and helpful. We were grateful for the free upgrade from the studio to the one bedroom on the day of arrival and the late check out. The location was awesome: on a pretty and quiet side street, very close to Chapel St and Prahran, as well as S Yarra train station which would take you straight into the CBD. The cost was reasonable.

The hotel is reasonable price for value, good location, quiet, and it was clean. My only issue is with the staff, who were overly nosy, asking questions and intruding in our privacy.

Great stay and affordable. Staff were quick to resolve any issues and also accommodating. While the rooms are very basic, a lot of thoughts had been placed to make it feel otherwise. Snippets of good to know information at thoughtful locations, as opposed to a folder with info overload. Highly recommend for short stay.
