Great customer service – I have used Davis Automotive for at least 10 years and have never experienced any problems with them. They have always stood behind their work. They explain things in terms I can understand. Their charges are fair. Their quality of work is excellent. I have recommended them to several of my friends over the years and they have never complained about the service they received.
Bad Service. Not recommend it. – My bf went there today and complained about it. Since he need work right now , he asked me to write this done to be other visitor's reference. They didn't ask his permission to fix some "problems". After it was done and asked him his money, which he didn't feel it's a big problem at this time and cost a lot more than it's worth. One of the problems is the wiper. They took it off without asking my bf. My bf found it and told them that it was working fine and he didn't want to replace it. They ... read more
