My bike was at the shop for almost 2 months and I got it back without anything having been done to fix the problem. Yet, I still got charged $100 for a diagnostic for them to tell me the problem that I brought it in for. I called multiple times during those 2 months to check on the progress and they were confused about who I was. I highly recommend Jesse (and the rest of the guys over at Davis Rod and Cycle) for any restoration or mod project. In my opinion, Davis Rod and Cycle does an excellent job with a keen attention to detail and is definitely a greet value considering the high quality, custom work they put out.
