If I could give this firm negative stars, I would. 10k I a lawyer Josiah or J. Fredrick Accola had 2 of my final hearings postponed, before the second one he decided he would be quitting law to join the church. I hire a new lawyer to be told I have been held in contempt because not a single thing was filed by Josiah Accola and Davis and Associates cost me not only what I spent on them, but also another 10k I have spent on my new lawyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. FATHER’S RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY!

I attempted to hire this attorney for my custody and child support case for my kids. After talking to them at first, I felt comfortable to give them a large deposit and to move forward with my case with them. It was complete crickets with communication from them after I paid them the money. When I tried to cancel, I got tons of phone calls from Kate the attorney along with many other people and said that I would be taken care of and they apologize about the miscommunication with things. This law firm is a joke, they take your money and then act the part. Let’s jus say three months ago I gave them my case now three months later I’m in the same place I started. Communication is the worst. When they do communicate with you it’s a bunch of lies. If I could give a zero star I would. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
