Anyone needing appliance repairs DO NOT call Davis appliance Charged me $78 to come out and tell me I need a drain pump. Ok. How much is it. The pump is about $280 he says. I look it up on line. Now I understand a mark up but that’s just crazy Davis appliance repair
Had great service for a dryer repair. Technician was professional, friendly and responsive.
Jeremiah at Davis is excellent!! He just repaired my dishwasher. Jeremiah is very friendly and respectful, professional, did a great job quickly and at my request, educated me on a few items about which I had questions. I will definitely recommend Jeremiah to anyone who asks for an appliance repairman.
Very disgusted with the service received today. Learn how to speak to people. I went looking for a washer and dryer set. The guy asked me how I was paying today and I said credit card. He then said, "Oh you paying with income tax money." I said, "No I said credit card!" So basically I can only have a credit card IF it's a income tax check.....Seriously.
I called Davis because I noticed some suds on the floor beside my washing machine after a load of wash. The service man was friendly and on time but concluded that "there must have been too much detergent and some dribbled out of a vent". He used my windex to clean the door and charged $125. I thought this was way too much considering that Prestige Appliance just repaired my refrigerator which needed a part that had to be ordered and charged me $116.
I was happy with the service that Davis Appliance technician gave to me.
