I want to clarify that I chose not to continue with my case. The case was not stopped due to lack of assistance, but rather my own decision. However, my concern at this point is the refund process. Edit- I have now officially wrapped my case and I owe it all to Taviss and Kayla. They care, they pay attention, and Taviss is incredible to watch in court (he forgets NOTHING). With Davis Law Firm on my side, I ended up with more than what I wanted out of the experience. I do not agree with the statement that they are just after money. Do NOT use this law firm. Tavis Smith is a horrible attorney. He is lazy, does do his due diligence, milks you for money, doesn't communicate, doesn't do what he's told, lies and wasn't on time for court. (He arrived 20 mins late!!!) Dishonest as can be. If I could give negative stars, I would.
