Charlene is a neighbor of me and my mom in the Glencrest Hills area. I knew that I would use her services when I was selling my mom's house. She and Terry were great at advising me of the best way to present the house and the process of selling during the issues in the current real estate market was easier because of their knowledge. I also enlisted their services to help in the recent purchase of a condo that I was interested in.
Terry and Charlene are the very best team! They sold my cousin’s house for the very best price and definitely smoothed the way!! I live about 1700 miles away, yet was able to enjoy the wisdom of the Davis-Allen Real Estate Team as they handled everything for me! I appreciate their business philosophy!
