Charlene is a neighbor of me and my mom in the Glencrest Hills area. I knew that I would use her services when I was selling my mom's house. She and Terry were great at advising me of the best way to present the house and the process of selling during the issues in the current real estate market was easier because of their knowledge. I also enlisted their services to help in the recent purchase of a condo that I was interested in.

I recently had to deal with my brother’s medical condition where he fell down the stairs and could no longer live alone at his condo. Charlene is a neighbor who I called on several times to “rescue” me from my household misadventures and I knew she was in real estate. Again I called on her and Terry to rescue me. They went over and above and helped with moving and disposing of furniture, staging and cleaning knowing that I also had difficulty dealing with those stairs. Terry and Charlene are go getters when it comes to agents! They go above and beyond to close a deal and they are very honest and trust worthy! I would feel comfortable leaving the keys to my house with them if I was out of town to handle business if necessary! They are amazing!
