Terry and Charlene are go getters when it comes to agents! They go above and beyond to close a deal and they are very honest and trust worthy! I would feel comfortable leaving the keys to my house with them if I was out of town to handle business if necessary! They are amazing!

Terry and Charlene are the very best team! They sold my cousin’s house for the very best price and definitely smoothed the way!! I live about 1700 miles away, yet was able to enjoy the wisdom of the Davis-Allen Real Estate Team as they handled everything for me! I appreciate their business philosophy! I recently had to deal with my brother’s medical condition where he fell down the stairs and could no longer live alone at his condo. Charlene is a neighbor who I called on several times to “rescue” me from my household misadventures and I knew she was in real estate. Again I called on her and Terry to rescue me. They went over and above and helped with moving and disposing of furniture, staging and cleaning knowing that I also had difficulty dealing with those stairs.
