Very unhappy customer. When my AC went out in the hottest part of the summer, I called this company because they put the system in when the house was built. They charged me over $430 to put Freon 22 in my system (7lbs) and then tried to make me believe my entire system needed to be replaced for thousands of dollars. Plus pushed their annual checkup package that had limitations during the hottest months.
