Booked an appointment, reached out multiple times about the appointment, and no response ever. When I booked, I was awaiting a confirmation for the appointment, no response once again. For someone who is willing to spend the money and become a customer, you would think a business would answer the phone.

Jada never disappoints. I’ve been getting waxed by her for a loooong time. I’m naturally sensitive but her technique helps with that! Her studio is beyond cute and she’s the sweetest person I’ve met. BOOK WITH HER!
