9 phone calls. 8 days. Unresponsive. Never heard back. Purchased a Groupon through their company Da Vinci Smiles - NEVER heard back. I still have not 2 weeks later. Every review about them not answering or getting back to people is 100% true. I had to call Groupon and informed them of my situation and they told me they were now reviewing this seller and would be reviewing their relationship with them when a higher-up reviewed this matter. The owner is rude and irresponsible. They don’t take criticism very well. Read the reviews. They’re all defensive and they play the victim. Plus, the hours are ridiculous. Nobody’s there most of the time. Just close down your shop. It’s obviously failing.

Jacob Jones You should have read the reviews before you spent any money on this company! Very Poor reviews. We had the same issues last year! Never received a return call after a number of messages being left. Horrible service
