I had a memorial tatto done a few yrs ago I was told when it faded come back and they'll touch it up no charge well it began to fade so when I tried to get it touched up I was told the guy who did my tatto wasn't there anymore so they wanted to charge me again for the same tatto !!! None of this was divulged when I got the tatto I was told come back they'll touch it up end of story. We do offer one free touch up, within a one year period. Tattoos do age, that is the reason for the one year time frame. Most of the artists that have worked here do work in other shops, and I'd be happy to tell you what shop they are at. Our artists guarantee their work, as each artist is subcontracted. It would be unfair to the artist to have to work on a tattoo that another artist got paid for. Thank you for your service to our country.

Excellent customer service. Went here to get my first tattoo, made me feel comfortable, and even catered to my preferences for vegan ink. Highly recommend, super talented artists!!!
Reno was amazing. My daughter and I had a great experience and have beautiful tattoos. Reno was very reassuring with us as we received our first but definitely will not be our only tattoos.
